【摘要】 目的 分析比較不同產(chǎn)地草麻黃揮發(fā)性化學(xué)成分的異同。方法 采集10個不同產(chǎn)地的麻黃，采用傳統(tǒng)的水蒸氣蒸餾法提取揮發(fā)油，運用氣質(zhì)聯(lián)用技術(shù)分析所提取揮發(fā)油的化學(xué)成分。結(jié)果 不同產(chǎn)地的草麻黃揮發(fā)油成分大部分相同，均含有1-α-松油醇、四甲基吡嗪、異桉葉素、對-聚傘花素、D-檸檬烯等13種成分，僅含量有所差異，主要成分都是l-α-松油醇，相對百分含量均在30％以上。結(jié)論 同一品種不同產(chǎn)地的麻黃揮發(fā)油化學(xué)成分的一致性為建立草麻黃揮發(fā)油GC-MS指紋圖譜提供了可靠的保證。 【關(guān)鍵詞】 麻黃 揮發(fā)油 GC-MS分析 Analysis on volatile oil chemical components of Ephedra sinica Stapf producing in different areas 【Abstract】 Objective To compare the volatile oil chemical components of Ephedra sinica Stapf producing in different area.Methods Extracted the volatile oil of Ephedra sinica Stapf by technic of steam distillation ，then analysis the extractions by GC-MS.Results The components of volatile oils of Ephedra sinica Stapf produing in different areas are same mostly， congtain the same thirteen components，such as l-α-Terpineol、Tetramethylpyrazine、Isolineole、p-cymene、D-limonene、Evcalyptol，and so on.only the contents is different，the main component is l-α-Terpineol ， relative content percent is above 30%.Conclusion The high comparability of components of volatile oils of Ephedra sinica Stapf producing in different areas provides a radical、credible guarantee for buiding the GC-MS finger-prints of volatile oil of herba ephedra. 【Key words】 Ephedra sinica Stapf volatile oil GC-MS analysis 麻黃始載于《神農(nóng)本草經(jīng)》，列為中品，歷代本草均有收載。為麻黃科植物草麻黃(Ephedra sinica Stapf)、中麻黃(Ephedra intermedia Schrenk et C.A.Mey.)或木賊麻黃(Ephedra equisetina Bge.)的干燥草質(zhì)莖。具發(fā)表散寒、宣肺平喘、利水消腫等功效［1］；主要含有生物堿、揮發(fā)油等成分［2］，現(xiàn)代研究表明，麻黃揮發(fā)性成分具有平喘、祛痰、解熱、鎮(zhèn)靜、抑菌及抗流感病毒等作用［2，3］。有文獻報道曾對麻黃生品及其炮制品進行研究［3，4］，本文采集我國10個產(chǎn)地的草麻黃，對其揮發(fā)油進行了系統(tǒng)的比較研究，現(xiàn)報道如下。 1 儀器與材料 1.1 儀器 Sartories 電子分析天平（Sartorius Co. Ltd. Germany），HP6890-5973N氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用儀。 1.2 材料 10個產(chǎn)地的麻黃藥材經(jīng)廣州中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)中藥鑒定學(xué)教研室黃海波副教授鑒定均為麻黃科植物草麻黃Ephedra sinica Stapf的干燥草質(zhì)莖，詳見表1。乙醚等化學(xué)試劑均為分析醇。 表1 實驗藥材的產(chǎn)地、品種
