[摘要]業(yè)經(jīng)過多年的，已經(jīng)成為國民的重要組成部分。但旅游環(huán)境建設(shè)的相對落后導(dǎo)致了旅游業(yè)發(fā)展中市場秩序不規(guī)范、管理無章可循和法制觀念滯后的現(xiàn)象比較突出。本文從中國旅游法律環(huán)境的組成結(jié)構(gòu)入手，探討其發(fā)展中存在的，提出建設(shè)性的意見，供業(yè)內(nèi)和相關(guān)行業(yè)人士。
