【摘要】目的：探討普外科手術(shù)患者術(shù)后切KI感染的危險因素及預(yù)防措施。方法：對3 146例普外科手術(shù)患者進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果：3146例外科手術(shù)患者有152例發(fā)生切口感染，感染率為4．84％。結(jié)論：外科手術(shù)患者易發(fā)生切口感染，針對各種相關(guān)因素采取相應(yīng)預(yù)防措施可減少切口感染。 【關(guān)鍵詞】切口感染；危險因素；預(yù)防 【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the visk factors of operative incision infection in general surgery department and its preventive measures．Methods：The rate of postoperative incision infection of 3146 ca．ses in general surgery department was retrospectively analysed. Results：Among 3 146 cases undergong operative treatment in gensed．Results：Among 3 146 cases undergoing operative treatment in general surgery department，the incision infection was f0und in 152 cades，the infection rate was 4．84％．Conclusion：The incision infection of oper_ative patien~ in general surgery department is often seen postoperatively，the rate of incisiion infection could be decreased after takingprevention measures according to various correlative factors． 【Key words】Wound infection；Prevention
