【關鍵詞】 心理測量 【Abstract】 AIM: To evaluate the roles of oneyear psychological intervention in psychological health care of army airmen. METHODS: One hundred and twentytwo army airmen were investigated respectively by Cornell Medical IndexHealth Questionnaire (CMI) before and after psychological intervention and the results were compared. RESULTS: The lowscored total scores (0-14) after intervention were higher than those before intervention (P<0.05). While the lowscored MR scores (0-9) after intervention were higher than those before intervention， no significant difference was found. The highscored total scores (≥30) after intervention were lower than those before intervention（P<0.05）. While the highscored MR scores (≥10) after intervention were lower than those before intervention， no significant difference was found. The scores of five pilots were higher than the screening standard (total scores≥30， MR scores≥10) after intervention. The analysis of the answers of CMI surveys showed that the items with high positive answer rate (>20%) decreased (12 before intervention， 7 after intervention) while the ones with low positive answer rate (<1%) increased (41 before intervention， 61 after intervention). CONCLUSION: The psychological status of pilots after intervention is better than that before intervention. 、 【Keywords】 army airman；cornell medical indexhealth questionnaire；psychological survey 【摘要】 目的：評估在陸航空勤人員心理健康措施實施的效果. 方法：實施措施前后采用康奈爾健康量表（CMI）對１２２名直升機飛行員進行了測試并進行比較. 結果：CMI總分低得分率（總分0~14分）實施后均高于實施前（P<0.05）；MR部分低得分率（總分0~9分）實施后高于實施前，但差異不顯著(P>0.05)；CMI高得分率（總分≥30分）實施后低于實施前(P<0.05)；MR部分高得分率（總分≥10）實施后均低于實施前，但差異不顯著(P>0.05)；實施后得分高于精神篩查標準（CMI總分≥30，MR分≥10）者５例（4.1%）. 高陽性回答率（>20%）項目減少，低陽性回答率（<1%）項目增加. 結論：心理健康措施實施后精神健康狀況優于實施前. 【關鍵詞】 陸軍航空兵；康奈爾健康量表；心理測量 0引言 陸軍航空兵空勤人員訓練任務重，易導致軀體和心理問題. 2000年我們對陸航某部空勤人員進行現況調查并實施心理健康措施. 為評價措施的效果于2001年再次調查，將結果報告如下. 1對象和方法 1.1對象 陸航現役空勤人員１２２名，均為男性，漢族，年齡２３~５２歲. 1.2方法 調查于心理健康措施實施前后（200005/200105）進行，采用國內外公認信度、效度較好的康奈爾健康量表（Cornell Medical IndexHealth Questionnaire，CMI）［1］. 全問卷分AR１８個部分共１９５個問題，問卷為北京醫科大學提供，采用常用篩查精神障礙參照標準（CMI總分≥３０，MR分≥１０）對測試結果進行判定，全部調查工作采用不計名、集中填寫方式、被調查者獨立完成，當場交卷.
