2 結果與討論 2.1 魯米諾-過氧化氫化學發光動力學特性 實驗發現從進樣到出現發光最大強度需3s，在15s后趨于零。 2.2 反應條件 2.2.1 魯米諾和過氧化氫濃度及pH值對化學發光強度的影響 實驗表明，當魯米諾和H2O2的濃度分別為1.0×10-7mol/L和1.0×10-5mol/L時，克林霉素對該體系有最強的化學發光信號。由于魯米諾的化學發光反應是在堿性條件下進行的，所以通過使用氫氧化鈉來提高該體系的靈敏度。實驗結果表明氫氧化鈉的濃度為0.025mol/L時，該體系有最強的化學發光信號。 2.2.2 流路參數 實驗表明，當流速為2.0ml/min，混合管長度為5.0cm時，實驗有良好的靈敏度和重現性，發光信號具有最大的信噪比。 2.3 克林霉素膠囊的測定 取克林霉素膠囊10粒，研細混勻。稱量適量的質量，用水溶解，過濾，定容于250ml的容量瓶中。移取適量該溶液稀釋到工作濃度范圍，用標準加入法測定回收率，結果見表1。
